童先奇，男，群众，讲师。2024年毕业于北京师范大学物理与天文学院获得博士学位；2024年开始在江苏大学物理与电子工程学院工作。主要研究凝聚态物理中的非平衡动力学现象，近年来关注非厄米中的绝热动力学以及局域化相变现象，发表SCI论文5篇。
