刘圆,男,中国共产党党员,副教授,微电子科学与工程系支部书记。近年来承担本科生《大学物理》《大学物理实验》《模拟电子技术》《电子技术基础》,研究生《现代分析与检测技术》等多门课程的教学工作。主要从事功能物理材料与器件的相关研究,研究兴趣包括纳米磁性材料、石墨烯复合膜的制备及其储能研究,在Nature Communications等国际重要学术刊物上发表SCI论文30余篇,申请国家发明专利5项,授权5项。
