According to statistics, in 2023, young teachers from our college have been awarded 5 National Natural Science Foundation Youth Projects, 1 National Natural Science Foundation Theoretical Physics Special Project, 5 provincial foundation projects, and 8 postdoctoral foundation projects. The number of project approvals has set a new historical record.

Our college has always attached great importance to the growth of young teachers, encouraging and guiding them to actively apply for foundation projects. Among the young teachers introduced in the past three years, 90% have already obtained at least one foundation project, laying a solid foundation for their future research work.
