Title: Research on Novel Semiconductor Optoelectronic Devices and Chips
Report Abstract
Semiconductor high-energy particle photodetectors and chips are the future development trend of high-energy particle detection and have significant needs in many fields. In this report, new semiconductor passivation contact technology and microelectronics technology are innovatively combined to successfully develop high-energy particle detection chips, etc., through innovations in device structure and process, in order to meet the major needs of the country.
Biography of the rapporteur:
Rui Jia, male, born in September, 1974. D., "Outstanding Foreign Talent" of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), "Hundred Talents Plan" researcher (Grade III) of Institute of Microelectronics, CAS, and doctoral supervisor of School of Microelectronics, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCS). He has long been engaged in the research and industrialization of high-energy particle detection, X-ray detection and photovoltaics. He has deep accumulation in semiconductor optoelectronic devices, process preparation, simulation and simulation. He has undertaken the key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Defense Preliminary Research Project, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Key Research and Development Program of Ministry of Science and Technology. He has published more than 150 SCI and EI papers and obtained 42 national authorized invention patents. At present, he has trained 27 doctoral and master students.
