Research Fundings
● National Natural Science Foundation of China (11904137), 2020.01-2022.12, PI

● Senior Talent Start-up Fund of Jiangsu University (18JDG024), 2018.01-2028.01 PI

Research Projects
● Deep Learning and its application into physics.

Machine Learning and Deep Learning have a rapid development and there are lot of interesting topics in its application into the investigation on electronic structure such as Density Functional theory and Hartree-Fock theory.

● Quantum Monte Carlo Methods.

Based on Linus Pauling's resonance valence bonding theory, we construct wave functions to describe the electronic structure of molecules or nanomaterials by variational optimization of the constructed wave functions based on quantum Monte Carlo methods.

● Extended symmetry breaking methods.

Development of extended symmetry breaking methods to describe the low spin ground state of a system based on the computational results of the first-principle approach. It is used for electronic structure description and geometric coordinate optimization of multicenter high spin systems. The main research object is photosynthesis systems. Interested in studying theoretical and computational methods for strongly correlated electronic systems.

Welcome international students to join us for Master degree and Ph.D.
● Cultivate scientific researchers engaged in the intersection of physics and computer

● Cultivate IT industry candidates to persuing the technology of machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence

About Myself

love physics and computer, Emacs is the most commonly used tool.

an open source and technology enthusiast.

I believe in science first, and look forward to finding the beauty of science (serendipity) together.
