In order to further promote the teaching quality of young teachers in the college and carry out in-depth teacher moral education, two teachers from the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, Cao Guorong and Liu Fangping, were appointed as teaching supervisors in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, giving full play to the political, professional and experience advantages of veteran teachers to strengthen the training of young teachers and help them grow.

In the past six months, Cao Guorong and Liu Fangping have been supervising to improve the quality of teaching, facing the front line of teaching (classroom, laboratory, etc.), and giving help and guidance to young teachers by listening to classes regularly, participating in teaching and research activities, and communicating after classes. Through teaching by example, the two teachers teach the advanced teaching concepts and methods they have accumulated over years of teaching experience and found in the course of listening to lectures, and pass on their help to young teachers, playing a leading and exemplary role. At the same time, the two teachers pay attention to the cultivation of teacher ethics of young teachers during the supervision process, guiding them to consciously enhance the sense of honor and responsibility of building moral values and teaching and educating people, to be good instructors and guides of students' healthy growth, and to help students buckle the first button of their lives.

The work of teaching supervision accelerates the growth of young teachers in the college, enriches the training mode of young teachers and ensures the steady improvement of talent training quality in the college. In the new semester, the college will continue to improve the guarantee mechanism, provide the necessary human, material and financial resources for the work of the committee and teaching supervision, and build a broad platform for the old comrades to be active and shine.
